One of our ITech customers found this out the hard way this month when they had a managed server go down on a Friday afternoon and end up in an endless reboot cycle. As part of their technology summary and during the our scheduled ITech steering meetings (VCIO), we advised them on the importance of replacing the server because it was nearing its end of life.
