As an ITech customer we strive to provide you with convienent ways to contact us using a variety of methods.

 

By Using the ITech Icon in your taskbar

This is the preferred method since it gives us the most information to help you.  By using the ITech icon we automatically recieve your username, your system information and although it looks like your sending us an email the taskbar icon works even if your mail server is down.
Just click on the icon and choose "Create Service Ticket" You can see what happens next by reading our "Support Process" information.

By Email

This is the 2nd most popular method since you can attach screenshots and describe exactly what you problem is.  Send your email to help at pics dot com and your issue will be sent to our support team right away.   You can see what happens next by reading our "Support Process" information.

Online Chat

Our online chat feature allows you to chat with a helpdesk engineer for realtime assistance without being on the phone.  This allows us to multitask and still at the same time give you instant access to our engineers.  Our chat feature is available for extended hours at our Online Chat

Phone

Call us at 1-609-702-3920 and press option 2 for support - if it is during our business hours you will immediately be placed into our support queue and the next available agent will assist you right away.  You almost never have to wait for an engineer so feel free to call if your issue needs immediate assistance or you just needs some help right away.
